UP FAITH & FAMILY TO DEBUT SEASON THREE OF THE POLICE/K9 PROCEDURAL SERIES HUDSON & REX STARRING JOHN REARDON AS HUDSON AND THE GERMAN SHEPHARD, DIESEL VOM BURGIMWAL, AS REX

The new season begins Feb. 16

ATLANTA (Feb. 1, 2023) – UP Faith & Family, the leading streaming service for uplifting entertainment, announced part one (eight episodes) of Hudson & Rex season three will begin rolling out on the service Thursday, Feb. 16. Hudson & Rex is an action-packed one-hour procedural that families can enjoy together. The series focuses on Detective Charlie Hudson (John Reardon) and his partner Rex (Diesel vom Burgimwald), an extraordinary former K9 German Shepherd, working within the St. John’s Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit. Supported by Dr. Sarah Truong’s (Mayko Nguyen) forensics expertise, Superintendent Donovan’s (Kevin Hanchard) leadership and Jesse Mills’ (Justin Kelly) tech skills, this team is unstoppable as they resolve the complex cases they’re faced with each week. Part two will debut later this year.

In the third season, Detective Charlie Hudson and German Shepherd Rex are back on the trail of St. John’s criminals. From a murder below the Atlantic Ocean to a mummified body found in the tundra to an assassination at a prestigious dog show, the duo find themselves further afield than ever before – even inviting viewers into the past to witness the first case that Hudson and Rex ever solved together.
